    • Graphically represent internal network using VISIO, to reflect redesign of patch panel/switch system cabling, from the patch panels down to the individual jacks in each office, thereby allowing for easy connects/disconnects as tenants transitioned in and out of offices.
    • Manage continuous updates to each facet of technical and operational procedures and expanding to include HVAC, tenant router deployment, telephone distribution and office furniture inventory.
    • Ongoing cleanup, documentation and procedural review of the MITEL telephone system to yield a system which is no longer susceptible to unexplained alarms and shutdowns.

  • Create end-to-end back office management system, including implementation of office management technology and accounting tools to manage customer and financial inflow.

Manage all aspects of Barry Financial’s IT infrastructure, used programming skills to develop solutions that simultaneously addressed company’s technical and financial system requirements.
